Gaspar toloza, project manager on our latest Cheesecake Factory Restaurant project among others, has worked in the past as Plumbing Supervisor at the Lucaya Beach Resort Hotel Project in Freeport, Grand Bahama; Superintendent at the Four Seasons Resort and Grand Isle Villas in Exuma, Bahamas where he was responsible for the plumbing, mechanical and fire protection installations.

Gaspar Tolaz was the Chief Superintendent at the Princess Juliana International Airport new terminal project in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles, Gaspar also served as Liaison Officer between the general contractor and the inspectors for that project as well as serving as Project Superintendent at the Sheraton Resort Central Energy Plant refurbishment project in Nassau Bahamas.

Gaspar possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge in planning, installation, and supervision during all facets of contracting from plumbing and mechanical to fire protection. Quiet, yet assertive, Gaspar is a hard-working and committed individual. Whatever he does, he excels at, going above and beyond the call of duty to show that he has the character to lead projects with confidence.
